Nominate 1 person to be the organiser for your group and that person will make the booking online and collate all monies. Only one (1) payment is appreciated for table bookings.

How do I book a table of 10 online?

How do I book 2 tables of 10 for the same service type?

Complete another booking form separately or contact e-Kiddna Event Management at info@e-kiddna.com.au or phone 07 3398 3071.

How do I book mixed tickets for a table of 10?

Enter the number of tickets required for each service type 

Then an Attendee Names Table will be displayed for each service type, please enter all guest names and their dietary requirements into the relevant sections 

NOTE: If you do not have all the names at time of booking, enter the guest names that you have to date and then continue to proceed through the booking process. The remaining guest names can be advised at a later date.

What happens if I have 15 tickets (eg: 1 table of 10 plus 5 others)?

If they are all the same service type, tick the relevant service type Table of 10 option and then 5 in the individual tickets’ field.

Enter all guest names into the Attendee Names Table for each relevant section and in the Table Bookings Field request for all guests to be allocated across to 2 tables.

For a mixture of tickets enter as per above question.

For group bookings (eg tables of 10 or more) how do we pay?

Only one (1) payment is appreciated for table bookings.

How do I tell you to put the tables next to each other?

Enter this request in the Table Booking field.

Do I need to advise a Table name/s?

Yes to ensure that you are allocated a table you must enter a name into the Table Booking field.

When do I receive the tickets?

Your tickets will be Etickets and will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the Ball. You will receive confirmation of your booking within 48hrs.

What is the dress code?

For Military guests; Winter or Summer Mess Kit.
For Civilian guests; black tie or evening wear.

Can I book accommodation?

Special rates have been negotiated at Rydges Southbank

  • Standard hotel room (Mt Coot-tha view, no balcony) - $ 209 / night (queen room or twin room with 2 double beds) – room only rate
  • Superior view room (with balcony) - $ 239 / night (queen room or twin room with 2 double beds) – room only rate ** on request basis only **
  • Hot buffet breakfast in Bacchus restaurant is $ 39 pp
  • Complimentary Wi-FI is included
  • Rate is applicable for up to two adults; extra adults charged at $60 per night
  • Valet Parking is available and is charged at $40.00 per vehicle, per night

What is the cancellation policy for Ball Tickets?

Cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund (per ticket) plus an administration fee of $20 per ticket will be issued if cancelled within ten days of the event, after which no refunds will be made. Tickets can be transferred to other names, however you must advise the Event Secretariat, for security requirements.

What is the cancellation policy for accommodation?

Each accommodation property is different; therefore please refer to the properties Terms and Conditions for their cancellation policy.

** To be eligible for the Defence personnel ticket price, a PMKeyS OR service number must be included against the guest’s name on your booking form.

Immediate family members are also eligible for this discount- please use same PMKeyS OR service number OR if you are an ex-serving Defence personnel member then you are also entitled to this discounted ticket price.

Note: Children & Minors – In the interest of safety and general business practice, no minors (under the age of 18) will be permitted to the Ball.
